Full costs
- Business Website Design – R 2,500 ( 50% deposit, balance due on completion )
- Domain Registration (.co.za) – R 100.00 anually
- Web Hosting & Support – R 55.00 p/m
The process:-
- Order & Payment – During the order process you will be able to choose your domain name as well as provide contact details. You’ll also be asked for a brief description of the website you require – if there are other websites you’ve seen and like on the internet (maybe your competitors) please specify these as well so we can get a very clear indication of your requirements. After placing your order you’ll be able to view your invoice along with our banking details. Your invoice and order confirmation will also be emailed to you.
- Information – When we get your payment you’ll receive confirmation. You may then send us the information which you would like on each page of your website + logo, images, contact details etc. All information can be sent via email. We will work with whatever you have, if you don’t have a business logo our designers will create one for you free of charge.
- Design – When we have received your information our creative team will begin putting together ideas for your website. We will present the first draft to you within 7 days.
- Feedback – We will ask for your questions, comments, feedback and suggestions concerning the initial draft of your new website.
- Update – We will then implement the feedback which we have received from you and then present you with a second draft.
- Approval – We’ll repeat step 4-5 until you are 100% satisfied, only then we will then make your website “live” for the world to see.
Support
All our websites are designed in a way which enables you to easily edit page content by logging in as an administrator. We will show you exactly how to do this. Our support team is always available should you require any assistance.
Changes / upgrades
As time goes by you may want us to add new features to your website. Your monthly web hosting fee covers most changes that you may require. A fee may be charged for larger website upgrades. If your website requires constant maintenance we may ask you to upgrade to a bigger web hosting package.
